Information
Due to numerous scheduling conflicts we have decided the 2008 tournament will be held on the weekend of March 14-16,
2008. We expect to continue with this date in the future. The cost per team is $700 (cdn) with a $100 deposit
required to secure a position in the tournament. The balance must be paid for on or before February 15, 2008.
Entry fee includes 4 games with 2 carded referees per game, banquet with dinner and prize and 50/50 draws, 2 Gord Henley Memorial
awards, one MVP award for one player from each team in the final game and every team will be awarded a plaque.
Format
This years format will have 8 teams divided into 2 pools.
Schedule
Teams should be prepared to play one game on Friday and two games on Saturday. The banquet is held on Saturday
evening after the last game. All teams will play in a final playoff game on Sunday.
A schedule will be forwarded to teams once it is finalized.
